These Terms of Service govern your use of the Unveel service provided by Appjobs Sweden AB.
If you are registered to different Platforms, sometimes it can be challenging for you to collect information on your income or work performance in a summarized form and keep it up-to-date. Unveel makes it possible. By exercising your right to data portability, you can collect and keep such information from different sources in one place and share it with other companies to use their products and services. All this via the Unveel interface.
For the purpose of these ToS, capitalised terms shall have the following meaning:
1.1. Appjobs / we / us / our - Appjobs Sweden AB, a company formed in Sweden, with its registered office at Kivra: 559098-4711, 106 31 Stockholm/Sweden, EU VAT NR SE559098471101;
1.2. Personal Data - any information relating to you as an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"), such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address;
1.3. Platforms - gig-job platforms, HR and payroll management tools, online sales portals, or any other kind of tool, website, application or platform that collects or keeps information about your financial situation, income or work performance, from which Unveel collects such information;
1.4. Receivers - recipients of the Users’ Personal Data that the Users share with them via Unveel; Receivers can typically be financial institutions such as banks or insurance providers, potential landlords or employers, human resources services providers, other Platforms or fleet rental companies;
1.5. Receiver’s App - mobile application or website provided by Receiver and used by the User, which provides possibility to connect to Unveel via application programming interface (API);
1.6. Services - all services provided electronically by Appjobs to the Users on the basis of these ToS;
1.7. Tos - these User ToS;
1.8. User / you / your - user of Unveel, i.e. the recipient of the Services rendered by Appjobs in accordance with these ToS, which may be any natural person or corporate entity engaged in business activities having full legal capacity to commit to these ToS;
1.9. Unveel - a tool owned and operated by Appjobs that enables collecting and aggregating various information about Users from the Platforms they are registered to by connecting or downloading such information via application programming interface (API), and transferring such information to Receivers with the Users’ consent.
2. PURPOSE & SUBJECT MATTER
2.1. Purpose of the ToS. These ToS define the terms and conditions under which Appjobs will provide the Services to the User.
2.2. Scope of Services. Under these ToS, Appjobs will provide the User with access to Unveel, which enables:
2.2.1. collecting from the Platforms selected by the User, analysing and aggregating information about Users’ financial situation, income or work performance, as well as transferring certain pieces of such information to the Receivers or directly to Receivers’ Apps in the structured way and technically feasible format, upon Users’ consent (by exercising User’s right to data portability) in accordance with section 4 of these ToS;
2.2.2. synchronising data necessary for the Platform operators to make payments to the Users (such as bank account number) by allowing the User to change such data from the Unveel level and updating such data on multiple Platforms at once via application programming interface (API).
2.3. For the avoidance of doubt, in case the Receiver offers debit accounts, credited fees or any other similar loan services to the User, any and all arrangements with regards to offering such services by the Receiver should be governed by the separate agreement made between Receiver and User.
3.1. Access to Unveel and other Services is free of charge for the Users.
3.2. We provide Unveel and Services in accordance with these ToS. Our role is limited solely to enabling you to use Unveel and its features. You therefore acknowledge and accept that access to Unveel is supplied on a personal basis and we will not under any circumstances intervene in your relations with any Platform or Receiver.
3.3. You agree to comply with these ToS, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to infringe the rights of third-parties or public order while using Unveel.
3.4. You guarantee to indemnify us against all complaints, claims, legal suits and/or actions of whatever nature that may arise following a failure, on your part, in any of your obligations arising under these ToS. You agree to pay us all fees, costs and/or penalties that may be ordered to pay as a result of such actions.
3.5. You are prohibited from using Unveel in a manner that interferes with its operation or in a manner that is disruptive to Unveel or other Users.
3.6. If you fail to comply with any of the provisions of these ToS, or break any laws or regulations, we reserve the right to take all appropriate measures and namely:
3.6.1. Suspend, remove or block your access to Unveel;
3.6.2. Provide any necessary information to the Receiver;
3.6.3. Remove any content associated with the failure or breach in question, in full or part;
3.6.4. Start any legal proceedings;
3.6.5. Alert the relevant authorities, cooperate with these and forward all useful information for detecting and eliminating illegal or unethical activities.
3.7. You are aware and accept that any failure to fulfil your obligations may, in addition to any other consequences defined above, result in the immediate closure of your Unveel account.
3.8. We provide you with technical assistance accessible by email at the following address: email@example.com to submit any issues encountered when using Unveel.
3.9. We reserve the right to offer you any other Services we may deem of use, in a form and based on the technical functionalities and resources we may deem best suited for the delivery of such Services.

.4. TERMS OF REGISTERING IN UNVEEL
4.1. In order to use Unveel, you have to register your User account by accepting these ToS. You accept these ToS by clicking the appropriate CTA button (call to action, e.g. submit, confirm, approve etc.) during the first connection to the Unveel via Receiver’s App. This acceptance is by its nature absolute and cannot be subject to any reservations. Any reservations would therefore revoke any acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by these ToS, you cannot access the Unveel or use the Services.
4.2. In order to use Unveel, you should find and choose the Platform you want to connect Unveel with (by tapping on it) from the provided list of Platforms. The link between Unveel and the chosen Platform will be established by tapping the appropriate CTA button (call to action e.g. submit, confirm, approve etc.) and logging into the Platform through the provided form. By logging to the Platform you authorise Unveel to obtain information from it and share obtained information with the Receivers.
4.3. Upon completing the registration process, you gain access to a personalised interface associated with the Receiver’s App. At the same time Unveel and Receiver gain access to your financial and/or employment data originating from the Platform you connected Unveel with. You will be provided with a list of Platforms which you can connect with and you will be able to select the Platform Unveel is connected with and disconnect it from Unveel at any time.
5.1. Your use of Unveel is not subject to any time limit.
5.2. The agreement for the provision of Services constituted by these ToS may be terminated by either party at any time.
5.3. You can terminate these ToS by contacting us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also unregister or unlink your account directly in the SDK view.
5.4. We have the right to terminate the agreement at any time by ceasing to provide the Unveel.
6.1. Unveel is provided to you without any explicit or implicit guarantee. We do not in particular guarantee you that (i) Unveel, due to continuous improvements, in particular in terms of its features, will be completely free of errors, faults or defects, nor that (ii) Unveel will be a perfect match for your needs and expectations.
6.2. Appjobs and you are obliged to redress the damage suffered by the other party as a result of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under these ToS, unless their non-performance or undue performance was caused by circumstances for which they are not responsible, including but not limited to damage that occurred as a result of force majeure.
6.3. Appjobs shall not be liable if it receives official notification or reliable information about the unlawful nature of the data used by Users and may prevent access to such data or information. Unveel is not liable to Users for the damage resulting from such unlawful nature of the data and access prevention.
6.4. Appjobs shall not be liable to Users for any damages arising from the discontinuation of the use of Unveel.
6.5. Appjobs shall also not be liable for:
6.5.1. any damage caused to third parties as a result of the use of Unveel by Users in contrary to the ToS or the law;
6.5.2. content made available by Users as a result of using Unveel, which violates the law or third parties’ rights;
6.5.3. loss of Users’ data caused by external factors (e.g. equipment failure) or other circumstances beyond Appjobs’ control (actions of third parties), including those caused by the Users;
6.5.4. damages resulting from lack of continuous provision of Unveel, which are the consequence of circumstances for which Appjobs is not responsible (force majeure, acts and omissions of third parties, etc.);
6.5.5. Users providing false, outdated or incomplete data or information;
6.5.6. non-observance of the ToS by Users.
6.6. We cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the technical availability of any services operated by third parties (including Receivers’ Apps) that you access by using Unveel.
6.8. We are also not liable with regard to any transactions between you and any advertiser, service provider or trader (including any of its partners) that you may be directed to through Unveel and we will not under any circumstances be a party in any litigation with these third parties relating for instance to the purchase of products and/or services, warrantees, declarations and any other obligations of any sort to which these third parties are bound.
6.9. The only liability that could be incurred by Appjobs with regard to the Unveel or any other Services is expressly limited to direct damage suffered by you.

9. CHANGES TO THE ToS
9.1. Unveel may amend these ToS only for important reasons, i.e. in case of:
9.1.1. change of law, which forces an update of the content of the ToS;
9.1.2. change in the functionality of the Unveel, which affects the content of the ToS.
9.2. Unveel informs you of the changes to the ToS in a clear and explicit manner via Unveel or your email.
9.3. If you do not accept the changes introduced in the ToS, you have the right to cancel/delete your account.
10. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS
In the event of a dispute between you and Appjobs, you can use the following free of charge consumer mediation service in order to try to reach an amicable settlement:

11.1. These ToS shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
11.2. The software, graphic user interface, databases and contents of all types used by Appjobs are protected by all applicable rights protecting intellectual property and database owners. Any disassembly, decompiling, decryption, extraction, reuse, copy and in general any reproduction, representation, distribution and use of any nature of these elements, in whole or part, without the prior authorization of Appjobs, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings.
11.3. Any disputes related to the provision of Services under these ToS shall be resolved by the Swedish courts.
